1. Made-to-Order & Craftsmanship Variance

All of our premium guitar straps are built to order by hand in the USA. Because we work with premium leather textiles globally sourced from around the world, minor natural variations in leather grain, texture, or color are a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship, not defects. We reserve the right to limit or refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices for our artisan guitar straps are listed in USD ($105) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is captured automatically at checkout before production begins on your item. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed at our store.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos (including our signature stamped Bridge logo), images, product designs, and copy—is the exclusive property of Bridge Strap & Belt Company. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our designs or brand assets without express written permission from us.

4. Prohibited Uses & Fraud Prevention

You are prohibited from using our site or its products for any unlawful purpose. We monitor for fraudulent payment activity. Any chargebacks or payment disputes opened maliciously or fraudulently for items currently in our 2-week production queue will be contested to the fullest extent of the law, using our explicit made-to-order policies as documentation.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
