Returns & Cancellations
1. Order Cancellation Window
Because every item at Bridge Strap & Belt Company is hand-crafted and Made to Order, production prep begins quickly after an order is placed.
- Standard Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- Late Cancellations: Any cancellation request received after the initial 24-hour window, but before the item ships, will incur a 20% restocking and material fee. This fee covers the cost of leather and canvas cuts already dedicated to your build.
- Shipped Orders: Once a build has been completed and a shipping label has been generated, the order cannot be canceled. It must instead be treated as a standard return.
2. Return Conditions
We stand entirely behind the rugged durability and premium stage-ready quality of our gear. If you are not satisfied with your strap, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of carrier delivery.
- Item Condition: Straps must be in completely original, un-played, and pristine condition. To qualify for a refund, the strap must show absolutely no signs of wear, stretch marks around the buttonholes, finish scratches on the hardware, or sweat markings.
- Exclusions: Any custom hardware layouts, unique text stampings, or custom-length modifications requested by the customer are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Return Return Fees & Logistics
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own trackable return shipping labels. We highly recommend using a service with tracking and insurance, as we cannot guarantee or refund items lost in transit back to our workbench.
- Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a10% fee to offset payment processor fees and manual quality re-inspection labor. This amount will be deducted directly from your final refund total.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
