Shipping Policy

1. Production & Hand-Crafted Lead Times

At Bridge Strap & Belt Company, we do not pull pre-made gear off a warehouse shelf. Every single artisan guitar strap is Made to Order by hand at our workbench in the USA.

Because of the meticulous precision required—from cutting the heavyweight harness leather to carefully hand-peening all 10 solid copper rivets—please allow up to 2 weeks (14 days) for your item to be built and processed before it is dispatched to the carrier. We appreciate your patience; gear built to last a lifetime takes time.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Once your order leaves our workbench, it is shipped via premium domestic carriers. Shipping transit times vary depending on the service selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivers within 3 to 5 business days after the initial 2-week production window.
  • Tracking: You will automatically receive a tracking number via email the exact moment your package is labeled and ready for carrier pickup.

3. International Shipping & Customs

We proudly ship our stage-ready gear to guitarists worldwide. When your package crosses international borders, it may be subject to regional import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees determined exclusively by your local destination country.

  • Customs & Fees: All international customs duties, local taxes, and processing fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Bridge Strap & Belt Co. does not calculate, collect, or pre-pay these regional fees during checkout.
  • EU Shipments: Due to current international regulations, all shipments entering the European Union face local VAT and processing fees regardless of order value. These must be settled by the importer upon arrival to clear customs.

Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions

To ensure delivery reliability and protect our shipments from high rates of package loss or legal blockades, we explicitly do not accept orders from or ship to:

Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions), Brazil, and Argentina.

4. Refused, Lost, or Abandoned Packages

  • Refused Shipments: If an international shipment is refused at customs by the buyer due to unexpected import fees, the buyer is responsible for the original shipping charges and any return freight billed back to our workbench.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Bridge Strap & Belt Co. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or returned due to insufficient address details provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your build.
