At Bridge Strap & Belt Company, we don’t pull mass-produced gear off a warehouse shelf. Every single guitar strap we sell is individually hand-crafted to order right at our independent USA workbench.
Because quality takes time, we ask that you review our shipping guidelines and crafting timelines below before placing your order.
⏱️ The Crafting & Handling Timeline
- Made to Order: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your artisan gear to be meticulously built, hand-peened, stitched, and prepared for transit.
- Batch Crafting: We build in small batches to ensure our premium leather ends, solid copper rivets, and antique-brass hardware meet absolute stage-ready standards. You will receive a tracking link via email the second your strap leaves our workbench.
🚚 Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Free Insured Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Insured Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.
- Transit Time: Once your 2-week crafting window is complete, domestic packages typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days via standard insured ground transit.
✈️ International Shipping
- Worldwide Delivery: We ship to musicians worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and package weight.
- Duties & Customs: Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
